Bed linen
It is very important for us that our guests have ideal, restful nights with us.
If you require hypoallergenic bed linen, please contact reception.
We change the linen after 3 nights. Upon request we are happy to change at once; please turn to our colleagues at the reception with your request.
Breakfast
Our Guests can enjoy breakfast between 8:00 am and 11:00 am in our bistro.
If you need to leave early, there is a possibility to order a take-away breakfast package, please contact reception the previous day latest until 20:00.
Please note that we are not able to deliver our extensive breakfast selection in case a room serviced breakfast is ordered.

Central safe
You can find the central safe at the front-desk. There is no additional charge for use.
Credit card
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.
We also accept payments with OTP, K&H and MKB SZÉP cards.

Departure
We kindly ask our guests to check out of their rooms until 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you require a late check-out, please contact reception one day prior to your departure. We always try to fulfill such requests depending on the occupancy of our rooms. Please, note that it may be possible only for an extra charge.
If help with your luggage is needed, please contact reception.
“Do not disturb”
You can find a “do not disturb” card on the door knob.
If you wish privacy, please hang this on the doorknob. Please note that rooms with the DND sign will not receive the daily cleaning. Housekeeping services are available until 4 pm every day.
Drinks
Items from our drink menu can be ordered outside the opening hours of our Bistro as well. Please turn to our colleagues at the reception desk at any time.

Electricity
220 Volt /50 Herz. To switch on electricity in the room, please insert your room card into the slot on the wall next to the door. Our electrical outlets will receive European standard two-pin plugs only. If needed, adaptors, cables and chargers are available at the reception.
Emergency
In case of emergency / injuries, please contact our front-desk immediately.

Fire
In case of fire, please contact the front-desk immediately. Leave the rooms according to the emergency exits on the fire escape plan in the booklet on the table. If you have a physical disability, please inform the reception.
Flowers
If you wish to order flowers, our front-desk staff is happy to accommodate your request.
Food allergy
We kindly ask our guests to inform our staff about any food allergies upon arrival.

Key-card
All hotel room doors are equipped with electric key-card locks, activated for the duration of your stay.
For safety reasons, your room number is not written on the key-card. In case your key-card is damaged or lost, please contact the front desk. Please make sure to return your key-card upon check-out.

Laptop
Upon request we are happy to lend a laptop for our guests, please turn to our colleagues at the reception.
Laundry service
We provide a laundry service for our guests on weekdays only; the laundry bag and price list are located in the cabinet. If you submit the laundry before 9:00, it will be delivered during the day. Laundry handed in after 9:00, will be ready the following day. We can provide a faster laundry service for an extra charge.
Lost and found
For information about lost items, please contact reception.
Luggage
Our front-desk staff is pleased to help with your luggage upon arrival and departure. We are also able to store your luggage after check-out.

Your room minibar contains an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages and fresh filtered water.
The minibar is complimentary and drinks are replaced one time daily.

Parking
If you arrive by car, you can park your car anywhere in the Castle area, the charge for the parking can be paid at the gates of the Castle using the parking automats. Charge will be calculated by the duration of the parking. Please keep the parking card pulled upon entry into the castle district, as it is required to arrange the payment when leaving.
Our hotel provides a discounted daily ticket for 25EUR. Please note that using this ticket You can exit the Castle area only one time. If You enter the Castle again, a new ticket will be needed.
Petrol station
For a map of the closest petrol stations, please contact the front-desk.
Pets
Pets are permitted for a daily fee of 15EUR in the rooms.
Dogs on leashes may enter the bistro area.
Pillows
Subject to availability we can provide pillows filled with satin-wool or bamboo. Please turn to the reception to order.

Our Maison Bistro is open from 8:00 to 22:00 every day.
Room cleaning
All rooms are cleaned daily; if you wish for privacy, please place your “do not disturb” card outside onto the door knob. Please note that rooms with the DND sign will not receive the daily cleaning, and our Housekeeping services are available until 4 pm every day.
Room safe
All rooms are equipped with a safe for guests to keep their valuables. You are kindly asked to read the instructions before use.
We do not take responsibility for items placed in the room safe.
Room service
Please note that we do not take a’la carte dishes to the rooms.
However from 8 am until 24 pm we provide a rich Hungarian Plate containing the followings:
The price of the Hungarian Plate is 5.990.- HUF + 13% service charge
Also, please feel free to order anything from our drink menu.
A vegetarian option of this plate is available during the opening hours of our Bistro. Instead of meat, vegetable creams will be provided.

Security
The main entrance door is closed after 22:00; our reception works 24-hour / day and our staff will open the front door when ringing the bell outside.
Shampoo/Shower gel
Enjoy our L’Occitane bathroom amenities we provide free of charge. In case you would need a refill, please turn to our colleagues at the reception.
Shoe cleaning
Our shoe cleaning machine is located next to the staircase leading to the 1st floor; our colleagues will be happy to help you using it.
Sightseeing
Please contact our front-desk for taxi, transfer, sightseeing or any other program arrangements.
We are happy to assist you with any of these at any time.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted outside in the courtyard or out on the street. All our guest-rooms are non-smoking; guests will be charged a 50 EUR penalty for disregarding this rule.
