Parking is also possible in the UNESCO World Heritage area of the Buda Castle, and we even provide a discount for this. When entering the Castle, a ticket must be drawn at the barrier, after which parking is possible anywhere within the Castle area (following the traffic signs).
Parking is free for the first 15 minutes after entering the Castle area. After that, the system charges HUF 1,200 for every commenced hour; the amount must be paid when you drive out, the system is very similar to the operation of a parking garage or underground garage. Due to the above, parking for 24 hours currently costs approximately HUF 29,000 (around €80).
Our hotel offers a discounted 24-hour parking ticket, valid for one exit, at a fixed price of €39, which can be purchased at the reception desk. We do not recommend using the daily ticket for parking for a few hours, for short parking please consider paying the regular hourly rate.
